Management Team The AGM Telecom management team, lead by George and Chris McNitt, have the experience in the inmate telephony market. With their technological know-how and established solid track record of designing and deploying what the customer requires with their world-class solutions.  George McNitt Chief Executive Officer George brings more than 10 years of experience in the inmate telephony industry, from strategic product development and telephony innovation, to program management for the AGM Telecom team. Previous to AGM Telecom, he served as Director of Product Development at a leading inmate telephony provider, directing all aspects of service delivery including: building, deploying, supporting and development of new product features. His experience has enabled several large inmate companies to prosper by using the technology he was key in developing and supporting. George is known for his agility and creativity in bringing new features to our products along with his bias for delighting customers and for proactively solving the problems that inevitably crop up. George holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida.  Back to Top  Chris McNitt Chief Software Architect Chris is responsible for software development and information technology of AGM Telecom’s ICM (Inmate Calling Manager) infrastructure, including its extensive web based capabilities, billing and validation system. With more than 20 years of experience in IT, including 14 years in inmate telephony, Chris brings his leadership and industry knowledge where he led multi-million dollar initiatives in software development which is now installed in over 1,000 correctional facilities around the country, and is the flagship product used by one of the largest inmate service providers in the country.
